Northern & Shell Digital (NSD) brings the group’s brands and content to a digital audience. The division was formed in 2013 to create and operate best-in-class content experiences for readers and viewers on PCs, tablets, smart phones and other digital devices worldwide – capitalising on assets, capabilities and relationships across the group to maximise consumer engagement and commercial growth in this fast-paced environment.

NSD also spearheads the group’s digital customer relationship management (CRM) strategy, enabling all businesses in the group to better understand, communicate with and deliver products and services for its customers through insight and targeting.
